Caterpillar tractors with buckets or scoops, scrapers, graders, dumpers, rubber wheel loaders or similar must be provided with non-tip cabs.

Machinery does not have to bear the CE label.

If you find a fault in a machine, you have to make sure the fault is repaired.

On building sites, access routes for pedestrians have to be kept separate from motorised traffic as far as possible.

There are no speed limits for contract machinery on building sites, you just have to be particularly vigilant.

Some machinery comes with flashing orange lights. When these lights are on, you can drive as far as you like.
