You can help to increase safety when working with electricity by being vigilant as regards the following:

• Examine tools when they show signs of faults
• Examine tools at least every two months
• Place plugs close to the entrance
• Keep fittings clean and in good condition
• Extension cables must not be of poorer quality than the cable on the tool itself
