Façade scaffolding and scaffolding for bricklayers

Scaffolding for bricklayers

  • It is important to select a scaffold type where the various scaffold elements weigh as little as possible. At the same time, you have to choose a scaffold type where the scaffold elements are to be handled as little as possible. It is recommended that the traditional heavy bricklayer scaffolding be replaced with more lightweight forms of scaffolding and/or scaffold elements which the company is going to buy new scaffolding parts anyway.

Work platforms

  • A hydraulic work platform allows you to reach exactly the working height you require when laying bricks. At the same time, this allows you to avoid having to lift heavy scaffold elements.

Covering scaffolding

  • When working on scaffolding and similar open structures where employees are subjected to unpleasant weather over long periods, such structures must be covered over the winter (1 October to 31 March) insofar as it is possible and reasonable to do so. “Long periods” means around 6 days.
